Once again I've taken Wayyyyyyy too long to write in this spot; I'm going to try and visit Deviantart more often, but my studies have been taking me away quite a bit from the art world, so I'll do my best. Now, to the big news: New York Comic Con is once again upon us!! I will be attending once gain, but this time I will not be in Artist Alley... I'll be in the main floor!!! Along with Jason Axtell, I will be hocking my artwork, books and sketches at booth 1347 in the small press section of NYCC! So if you happen to be walking around the main floor, come say hi! So I finally have joined some sort of social media besides divinatory and tumblr (still living comfortably without a Facebook account... much to the chagrin of a few friends and family) and joined INSTAGRAM this weekend!!! Okay, I didn't so much join as I had my phone yanked from my hands with the instruction that I was joining Instagram no matter what (Hi Humaira!)... Convention season is once again upon us (oooooooooohhhhhhh) and with that in mind, here are a few of the Conventions I'll be attending this early summer: - I'll be attending the first ever ACBC (Atlantic City Boardwalk Convention) where I will both have a table at artist alley and speaking in a panel discussion on background design (did I mention I wrote a book once? ahem: http://www.amazon.com/Creating-Backgrounds-Compelling-Storytelling-Animation/dp/0240820533).
