Batman Inc TAS

So, um, hello again. Been out for a while and I haven't posted anything new so... I figured I'd start here! This is a piece I did a couple of weeks ago (actually over a month ago... wow... time sure flies when you're, um, basically doing what you always do...). I'm digging what I've read of Batman Inc, though it's not as much as I would like (I've been out of the loop in comics as well) and I though the look would be great for the Bruce Timm Batman Animated Style. The real challenge of the piece is that it's the first markered piece I've done in easily five to ten years (mostly prismacolors, inks and some whiteout in parts.) I'm satisfied with the result, but man did this take forever. I do want to continue working with markers, just to see what else I can get out of them, but for now, I might take a bit of a breather. Still, the gray-tones do a to the imagery. Maybe some monster pieces done in grays would be a good themed run...
